Canceling:
$50 deposits are non-refundable but can be changed to a credit if canceled more than 3 days in advance.
Rescheduling:
You can reschedule your party by talking to alex@soccercitytulsa.com. However, if you reschedule within 3 days of the event date there will be a $50 rescheduling fee.
** ATTENTION PARTY ORGANIZERS **
We do not supply the decorations, teams can decorate if they choose to with their own decorations. Balloons are fine but please do not hand them out inside the building, additional charges can be added for multiple balloon removal from ceiling. The only outside food and drink we allow is your cake, fruit/veggie trays & mini bottles of water. NO other outside food or drinks are allowed. The use of the concession stand is available at any time. Pizzas can be ordered for $11 per large 1 topping from Papa John’s.
