- Your name.
- A good phone number to reach you on.
- What school/daycare are you with?
- How many kids will you have in attendance?
- What are the age ranges for the kids?
- What day did you have in mind?
We can not have field trips the same week as our Summer camps, so please avoid requesting the following weeks:
May 27th – 30th
June 9th – 13th
June 23rd – 27th
July 7th – 11th
July 21st – 25th
August 4th – 8th
August 11th – 13th
